BAYT recently completed two side-by-side extensions for neighbouring properties, creating a strikingly cohesive exterior while tailoring each interior to the homeowners' unique lifestyles. From the outside, both extensions appear identical—modern, seamless additions that complement the existing structures. However, stepping inside reveals two entirely different spaces. One home features an open-plan kitchen and dining area flooded with natural light, designed for entertaining, while the other prioritizes a cozy living space with built-in storage and a warm, intimate feel. This project showcases BAYT’s ability to balance uniformity with personalization, delivering bespoke solutions that meet each client’s needs without compromising on aesthetics.
