At BAYT, we strive to provide accurate and transparent cost estimates; however, final costs are subject to design development, planning approvals and structural requirements. Additionally, building control assessments (both remotely and on-site) may necessitate adjustments, leading to modifications in the estimated costs.

Contingency Budget Recommended

Since every project is unique, it is not possible to guarantee 100% accuracy in our initial estimates. For this reason, we strongly recommend that clients set aside a contingency budget before starting any project to accommodate any unforeseen changes.

  • We reserve the right to decline work or consultation services at our discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
