Site visit and scope building. We’ll collect your ideas and build the scope. We use this opportunity to meet our clients and examine the property.
Our in-house design team will use their expertise to translate your visions into drawings, plans, sections, elevations and 3D’s—all relative drawings to convey the coming transformations to your space. We’ll select every finish and surface throughout the project.
A meeting between our design team and construction team where every detail is ironed out. All relevant documents and drawings are handed over.
Architect & Designer come out to site with scope and talk about the layout and your design and finishing options. We guide you on making design decisions. Conduct a measured survey and draw up existing and proposed setup drawings.
Our in-house engineers work with our architects and design team to finish all relevant details, specifying all construction details, such as structural design, construction drawings, kitchen, bathroom, door, and window schedules.
Construction timeline is built by our project manager & construction manager. Construction commences on your chosen date. Our platforms allow our clients to see daily updates via our daily logs.
